At OLLI Marketing, we follow an 8 step process to our professional SEO services:

  1. Keyword Research – We perform keyword research to track the keywords you are currently ranking for and identify new keywords we should be targeting
  2. Site Audit – We undertake a website audit to identify any issues preventing the site from ranking well and look at current backlinks acquired to ensure Webmaster Tools is setup
  3. Competitor Review – We identify what keywords competitors rank for, which keywords drive the most traffic to their site and why. This assists our strategy and is used as a campaign benchmark
  4. Personas and Content Review – We review your buyer personas so we can better understand the audience and audit current content to identify content gaps based on keyword research
  5. Strategy – We create and agree an on and offsite strategy around a content plan based on the research. The strategy is reported on each month and reviewed again in 4 months time
  6. Onsite optimisation – this includes optimising current pages, creating new landing pages and producing blog content
  7. Offsite optimisation – this involves many factors (see next slide) to help market your site and content from an external perspective
  8. Reporting – All actions are reported on a monthly basis and to KPIs as agreed at the start of the campaign
